Step 3: Receive & Negotiate Offers

We review offers carefully — considering price, due diligence fee, earnest money, and closing timeline — and negotiate the strongest terms.


Step 4: Under Contract

The buyer enters the Due Diligence Period to complete inspections and financing. We negotiate any repair requests.


Step 5: Closing

Once contingencies are satisfied and funds are received, the deed records and ownership officially transfers.
